My Mission is to help every client and student move better, feel stronger, and live healthier.
Fitness has always been a part of my life-I’ve love sports and movement for as long as I can remember. I believe that exercise is the best medicine for both the body and mind, helping to build strength, resilience, and overall well-being.
As a certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the American Sports and Fitness Association, I bring over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. My athletic background includes competing as a high school sprinter and playing on my high school volleyball team in Costa Rica.
For the past 8 years, I’ve dedicated myself to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, earning a purple belt and coaching both kids and adults in competition training. My passion for fitness goes beyond traditional training. I work with kids with disabilities, helping hem develop strength and confidence. I also specialize in senior fitness including training seniors with dementia, focusing on mobility and quality of life.
I also teach cardio kickboxing and strength and conditioning for kids, instilling healthy habits from a young age. Whether it’s coaching young athletes for BJJ tournaments, training induviduals for overall health, or empowering seniors to stay active.
